Season 2: Redemption

Sam is preparing to inject Gabe who begs Sam for his life and humanity.

Season 2: Till Death

Vincent follows the beeping and Gabe surreptitiously follows Vincent. They
find a very large bomb stationed just
below the chapel. Gabe tracks Vincent down to the corridor with the
bomb, and the episode does a tremendous job building a shadowy tension around
Gabe. When Gabe isn’t being filmed at long angles, he’s being filmed in shadow,
cloaked by darkness so that at least half of his face is concealed, hinting at
a dual nature yet to be revealed.

Season 2: Till Death

Cat confronts Gabe about Sam ID-ing him and about Clara Bledsoe. He admits
that he was acting strange because he had been planning a Valentine’s trip to
Mexico for them.
The episode takes a hatchet to Gabe’s innocent excuses: we see
him getting a new passport photo while giving Cat some glib excuse about why he
can’t help her obtain a warrant for Sam’s apartment, and he explains this away
by saying he had planned on taking her to Mexico for Valentine’s Day, and
needed to renew his passport for the trip. At the very least, this explains
away the suspicious-looking transaction for plane tickets to Mexico that J.T
has discovered.

Season 2: Ancestors

Gabe and Tess talk about Cat over the station’s coffee area. Cat comes over
and thanks Gabe for trusting her. She then kisses him in plain view of everyone
at the precinct. Gabe realizes that his decision to let Cat control her own
professional and personal destiny without interference from him might have paid
off. He touches his lip after she left. He touches his lip to make sure it was
real, or as if he could still feel her. It meant a whole lot to Gabe, but what
did it mean to Catherine?  I’d guess
gratitude and another chance to assert her independence and feel what
possibilities are out there in a life beyond Vincent. Said that, two things annoyed me: Tess pro
“Team Gabe
” and to kiss Gabe where the entire precinct could see and
comment.

shows them a dead body, Mara Angel a professional thief, that appears to look like
Cat.The other thieves  don’t know Mara is
dead so she wants Cat to go undercover and take her place.

Season 2: Don’t Die On Me

Gabe comes to Cat’s apartment and returned
her badge after it was taken by the FBI due to holes in her story of Reynold’s
arrest and her cover-up of Vincent’s shooting.
Reynolds had helped Gabe to sneak the bullet out of evidence and solve
the problem. Well, that and…….. to lure her into a coffee date with him as
well as planting the seed that Agent Reynolds still cares about her.😡

Season 2: Don’t Die On Me

Gabe breaks into the Ballistic Lab using a
code you assume Reynolds gave him. He finds the bullet of Catherine’s gun and
he  switches it with another bullet and
leaves.

Season 2: Don’t Die On Me

Gabe visits Agent Reynolds in jail and tells him about Cat’s trouble with
Agent Hendricks and those two are going to come up with a plan to help Cat.

Season 2: Man or Beast?

Gabe sends Bob a request to meet from the bombmaker’s cell phone, and
Reynolds agrees.

Strangely, Thanksgiving dinner proceeds anyway…

Strangely, Thanksgiving dinner proceeds anyway.  Bob says he’s hungry, and his staff  prepared a pretty awesome-looking meal. Tori
starts telling Bob her instructions but Reynolds is sure everything is good and
they’re all on the same side now that Vincent has agreed to leave Cat alone. Bob
throws in a pure mean toast about “loving someone means staying away”, which
is, apparently, what love is. But  when
they are toasting Vincent and Tori accidentally touch again, and  Vincent excuses himself from the table before
becoming full beast and goes to the orchard.
